COACH GOODRICH
Mark Goodrich is a former NCAA Division I lacrosse player at Johns Hopkins University and the head boys’ varsity lacrosse coach at Milton Academy in Milton, Massachusetts. A highly ranked recruit coming out of high school, Goodrich has built a reputation as both a talented player and a respected coach known for leadership, player development, and a deep understanding of the game.
Goodrich attended The Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts, where he was a standout multi-sport athlete in lacrosse, football, and basketball. He was widely regarded as one of the top lacrosse prospects in the country. He was ranked #9 overall high school recruit nationally by Inside Lacrosse and was selected for the 2007 Under Armour All-America Game.
Goodrich continued his lacrosse career at Johns Hopkins University, playing for the Blue Jays under legendary head coach Dave Pietramala. During his collegiate career he appeared in 52 games for Johns Hopkins, played both attack and midfield positions, Earned the W. Taylor Cook Memorial Award in 2012, recognizing leadership, character, and positive impact on the team.
After graduating from Johns Hopkins, Goodrich transitioned into coaching and player development. He has worked extensively with high school and club lacrosse programs, helping develop players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.
